I have the password stored in a password manager and used the same password to log into share and the forum. After changing the password to a shorter one with no extended characters, it seemed to work. Do you know if the builder app has different restrictions on password size or special characters?

I can't seem to log into the builder app. It keeps throwing the following error: Failed to log in: 1805 - An unknown error has occurred. I have tried on Firefox, Chrome and Edge with the same issue. Has anyone else encountered this issue or know a way around it?
