VSCode GDTF Extension

Hi chat,

I have published a GDTF Editor VSCode extension,  https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=dmxout-hippyau.vscode-gdtf

It does not do everything, but if you have xmllint installed, it will validate the xml against the GDTF 1.2 schema, and show problems.
It provides an "Outline" section too, and shows wheel images, and colour swatches.
