Online Builder not saving progress. Alternatives to building fixture profiles?

Hello, I work at ETC and I've been struggling to build profiles for our fixtures.

When trying to save fixture profiles in the online editor, the upload will fail, and the download will be successful.

However, when I open up the downloaded file, my progress is lost.

Is there any way we can build profiles that does not include the online editor? Where can I find documentation on how to generate gdtf files for our fixtures ourselves?
